Growing Chefs

Growing Chefs is a registered charity dedicated to increasing accessibility to nourishing, culturally-relevant foods, particularly for kids and youth in Canada. As the only G7 country without a school food program, Growing Chefs empowers kids and connects communities through food, aiming to improve the health, education, and social experience of young people. With a focus on sustainability and social impact, the organization has grown 442 gardens and taught 11,200 kids how to cook, and seeks continued support to achieve its mission.
