Katari Taiko
Katari Taiko is Canada's first taiko ensemble, dedicated to sharing the art of taiko drumming with the community. As a member of the Vancouver Taiko Society, they offer a variety of workshops and performances that showcase the history and context of taiko in the Japanese-Canadian community and North America. With a focus on hands-on learning and fun, Katari Taiko provides opportunities for participants of all ages and skill levels to experience the energy and excitement of taiko drumming. From introductory workshops to eight-week programs, Katari Taiko is committed to sharing the beauty and power of taiko with the community.
