Kickstand

Kickstand East Vancouver is a volunteer-run community bike shop located at 1187 Parker Street, offering a low-barrier and affordable workspace for individuals to repair, refurbish, and learn bike mechanics. As a non-profit society, Kickstand promotes the bicycle as a tool for education, empowerment, and environmental protection, providing new and used parts, refurbished bike sales, and friendly advice. With flexible hours, Kickstand is open to the public on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and also offers alternative resources such as Pedals for the People and Community Bikes. The shop relies on donations and volunteer support to continue its mission, and is grateful for the financial support of the Province of British Columbia.
