Speed Science
The Speed Science program is a comprehensive training organization dedicated to helping young athletes develop speed, power, agility, quickness, and conditioning. Led by expert coach Adam Plummer, MSc, the program offers a range of summer programs, including the 9-week Speed School and 1-week Speed & Power Camps, designed to improve athletic performance and overall fitness. With a focus on individualized attention and instruction, the Speed Science program aims to unlock the full potential of each athlete, resulting in faster, stronger, and more agile individuals. By combining on-field training with at-home workouts and nutrition guidance, the program provides a holistic approach to athletic development.
