Vernon Air Cadets 223 Red Lion Squadron Youth Program
The Royal Canadian Air Cadets is a youth program that aims to develop good citizenship and leadership skills in young Canadians between the ages of 12-18, promoting physical fitness and stimulating interest in air activities. With over 450 squadrons across Canada, the program is supported by community sponsors and funded by the Canadian Forces. Led by Canadian Forces officers, the program offers a free opportunity for youth to participate and grow. The Royal Canadian Air Cadets is one of three cadet programs in Canada, alongside the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets and Royal Canadian Army Cadets. By joining the program, young Canadians can advance their leadership skills and achieve their full potential.
