Inter-cultural Association of Greater Victoria
The Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the full integration of newcomer immigrants and refugees into the social, economic, and civic life of the Capital Region of British Columbia. With a range of services, including settlement services, language training, employment services, and social programs, ICA helps newcomers navigate and connect with important resources and support. Funded by the Government of Canada, ICA's services are free for eligible students. As a community-based organization, ICA works to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is committed to supporting the well-being of all individuals, regardless of their background or identity.
