The Jiu-Jitsu Lab
Welcome to The Jiu-Jitsu Lab, a dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Waterloo, Ontario. Founded in 1998 by Dragan Konjevic, an Alliance black belt and the first BJJ practitioner in the region, we offer a unique training environment focused entirely on BJJ. Our team of world-level instructors, including IBJJF World Silver Medalist Head Coach Brandon Twaddle and IBJJF World Champion Dave Knowles, ensure that every class is both challenging and rewarding. At The Jiu-Jitsu Lab, you'll find programs for all levels, from beginners to competitors, fostering a supportive community where everyone can grow and thrive.
