Ontario Aikido Federation
The Ontario Aikido Federation (OAF) was established in 1975 to promote and develop the art of Aikido across Ontario. With a mission rooted in fostering high technical standards, positive attitudes, and deepening spiritual growth, OAF encourages its members to explore the teachings of Morihei Ueshiba, known as O-Sensei. Through regular seminars and events, OAF not only enhances the martial skills of its practitioners but also nurtures a sense of community and friendship among its members. By representing Ontario in the Canadian Aikido Federation and communicating with Hombu Dojo in Tokyo, Japan, OAF ensures that its practices remain true to their original inspiration. Joining OAF is more than just learning a martial art; it's about embracing a path of self-improvement and personal development.
