Ardyth Johnson

Ardyth Johnson is a renowned physical theatre performer, teacher, writer, and director with extensive experience in mime, physical comedy, and movement studies. Holding a B.A in Theatre Studies from the University of Winnipeg and a graduate diploma from Second City Conservatory, Ardyth has toured North America with various professional companies, including Mime Unlimited and Theatre Beyond Words. As the founder of Physically Speaking Company, Ardyth performs, writes, and directs classic mime, Charlie Chaplin, and other characters at festivals, corporate events, and venues across Canada and internationally. With a strong background in physical theatre, Ardyth regularly teaches arts education and workshops in Canada and abroad. Her expertise spans a range of physical theatre disciplines, including mime, slapstick, stage combat, and mask work.
