Core Centric is a fully equipped Pilates studio in Winnipeg, MB, offering private instruction and small group classes in a positive, professional, and caring environment. Our qualified instructors use their knowledge of anatomy and movement to help clients achieve their fitness goals, with a focus on correcting form and maximizing workout effectiveness. Led by owner and instructor Leslie Crozier, our team of certified Pilates instructors includes Heather Schiller, Camila Schujman, Jacqui Vincent, Wendy Shewchuk, Kendra Penner, and Jennifer Bonner.
