MCSC
The Manitoba Construction Sector Council (MCSC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting women, newcomers, youth, Indigenous people, and the construction industry in Manitoba. As a key partner in workforce development, MCSC collaborates with industry, educational institutions, and government to address skill gaps and labour shortages. Through various training programs, including in-person, online, and hybrid delivery, MCSC provides career pathways for underrepresented groups in the construction sector. With a focus on Indigenous community relationships and reconciliation, MCSC delivers industry-driven training projects in dozens of Indigenous communities across the province. By fostering partnerships and collaborations, MCSC aims to transform lives and support the growth of the construction industry in Manitoba.
