Led by multiple-time Canadian Muay Thai champion and 25-year training veteran, Kru Trisha Sammons, the gym provides expert training and affordable prices. With a focus on community and inclusivity, Winnipeg Muay Thai & Kickboxing welcomes members from kids to seniors and provides a supportive environment for achieving fitness and martial arts goals. The gym offers private classes, kids classes, women's classes, and fighters classes, as well as a range of services to support members' training. By training with champions, individuals can become champions themselves.
