Established in 2002, the organization annually highlights the wealth and calibre of theatre creation and production in the province through the Robert Merritt Theatre Awards. Theatre Nova Scotia also offers various programs, such as the PERFORM! Artists in Schools program and the Nova Scotia High School Drama Festival.
