Writers Federation of Nova Scotia
The Writers Federation of Nova Scotia is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting writers and promoting literary arts in Nova Scotia. Based in Kjipuktuk, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mikmaq People, the organization is committed to recognizing and respecting Indigenous title and rights. With a range of programs, workshops, and events, the Writers Federation provides opportunities for writers to develop their craft, connect with the community, and publish their work. As a registered charity, the organization relies on the support of donors and investors to continue its mission. By promoting literacy and cultural exchange, the Writers Federation of Nova Scotia fosters a vibrant literary scene in Nova Scotia.
