Kingston Chamber Choir

Darrell Christie is a versatile and collaborative performer, conductor, and educator recognized for his expertise in vocal performance, music education, and arts administration. With a background in music theatre and classical voice, Christie has built a successful international career, working across Canada, the UK, France, China, and Australia. He specializes in creating holistic performers and ensembles through practical vocal science, focusing on education and encouraging musicians to make informed and sustainable steps in their development. Christie is an instructor at Queen's University, leading the choral program, and serves as Artistic Director of the Kingston Chamber Choir, Tenor and Member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Chamber Choir, and Music Supervisor for the Watershed Music Theatre Festival.
