Empower Pole Fitness
Empower Pole Fitness is a studio dedicated to empowering individuals through pole dance, strength, and community, offering a variety of classes and workshops in a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Based in Lethbridge, Alberta, the studio aims to inspire creativity, growth, and self-discovery through dance and fitness. Empower Pole Fitness acknowledges its connection to Treaty 7 territory and strives to promote reconciliation and gratitude to the Indigenous peoples who inhabit the land. The studio is now closing its doors on August 24, 2024, but will continue to offer classes and special events before its closure.
