Community Folk Art Council of Toronto
The Community Folk Art Council of Toronto is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and preserving intangible cultural heritage through various events and programs. As a member of the International Council of Folk Festival Organizers, CFAC participates in the CIOFF International Marathon, hosting workshops and events that celebrate folk dance, music, and art from around the world. With a focus on Canadian multiculturalism, CFAC presents a range of programs, including the Festival of Dance, Music and Intangible Heritage, and the Indigenous Heritage Arts Celebration. These events showcase the diversity of cultures in the Greater Toronto Area and provide a platform for artists to share their stories and traditions.
