Meditation for Health
Meditation for Health is a Toronto-based mindfulness clinic that has been dedicated to mindfulness-based programs since 1997, offering a range of services including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and lifestyle coaching for women over 50. With over 22 years of experience, the clinic has helped thousands of patients manage stress-related symptoms and chronic illness. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the clinic has shifted its focus online, providing mindfulness training and coaching programs tailored to women's needs, including Mindful Women 50+, a 10-session MBSR program.
