Purple Dragon Kitsilano is a martial arts organization dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families to learn effective martial arts skills, emphasizing integrity, respect, and determination. Founded in 2002, the organization offers a variety of classes for children and adults, including mini dragons, little dragons, kids, teens, and adults, as well as family classes. With a focus on mental, physical, and spiritual growth, Purple Dragon Kitsilano aims to guide students along a positive path, the Martial Arts Do. The organization has a strong community presence, with over 20 years of operation and numerous achievements, including 60 black belts and 1542 volunteer hours. By offering quality training through traditional and creative styles, Purple Dragon Kitsilano continues to serve its community.
